Complimentary services

Free website reviews, consultations, homepage mockups, local SEO audits, and Google Business Profile reviews are subject to reasonable scope, availability, and eligibility. Unless agreed in writing, they do not include implementation, full technical testing, legal advice, or a guarantee of search ranking, traffic, leads, sales, or other results.

Project services

Website design, hosting, maintenance, SEO, integrations, e-commerce, and other paid work are governed by a separate proposal or agreement. That document will define scope, pricing, timing, responsibilities, revision terms, ownership, recurring services, and cancellation or renewal terms where applicable.

No search-ranking guarantee

Search engines and third-party platforms control their own systems. Paws Digital does not promise a particular ranking or placement. We focus on sound technical, content, and local-search practices within the agreed scope.

Third-party services

Links, booking systems, ordering platforms, payment providers, fonts, imagery, software, and other third-party products remain subject to their providers’ terms, availability, and licensing. Paws Digital is not responsible for changes made by those providers outside our control.

SMS terms

If you check the optional SMS consent box, you authorize Paws Digital to send recurring marketing and promotional text messages to the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property

This website and its original content, brand elements, and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Client-project ownership is defined by the applicable proposal or agreement and remains subject to third-party licenses.
